This baby came about after a lovely Canadian friend attempted a ‘snickers’ pie.
It was bad. She was painfully apologetic.
It was so disappointing that I promised that I’d write her a recipe for a better one.
And so this peanut butter caramel dream was born. Sorry, I’m not sorry.
Accoring to @EatLitFood on Instagram, this pie is a 13/10. I’ll take it.
Creamy Peanut Butter and Caramel truffle sits on our tender chocolate almond biscuit base.
Gluten free and dense in a good way.
Get one, or a couple, I don’t know how many sorries you need to express or repress.
